Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 29, 2026
This policy applies to bike-kickstand.com, the store operated under the Kickaroo name by Animouf LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, delivery address, email address, the length and quantity you ordered, and the confirmation that your payment succeeded.
- Messages: the content of any email you send us, along with your email address, so we can reply and keep track of the conversation.
- Aggregate site statistics: anonymous counts of page views and referring sources, described in the analytics section below.
We do not ask for a phone number, a date of birth or any information beyond what a parcel and a reply require. We do not run a customer account system, so there is no password to store.
Card data and payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you check out, your card details are entered on a page hosted by Stripe and travel directly to Stripe. We never see, receive or store any card number, expiry date or security code. What we get back is a confirmation that the payment succeeded, plus the name and address you supplied for delivery. Stripe processes this information as an independent data controller under its own privacy policy.
Why we use your data
We use your details to prepare and ship your order, to send you a confirmation and a tracking number, to handle a return or refund, and to answer questions you send us. We also keep order records for the accounting and tax obligations that apply to the company. We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with advertising networks.
Who else sees your details
Three categories of partner receive the minimum they need to do their job. Stripe processes the payment. The fulfillment partner and the carrier receive your name and delivery address so the parcel can be packed and delivered. Our email provider carries the messages we exchange with you. None of them is authorised to use your details for their own marketing.
Hosting
This site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States. Cloudflare serves our pages and filters malicious traffic, which involves processing technical request data such as IP addresses for security purposes.
Analytics
We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is privacy-first by design: it sets no cookies, it does not fingerprint your browser, and it does not follow you from one site to another. What we see is how many people read a page and which sites sent them, never who those people are. Because nothing is stored on your device for tracking, this site shows no cookie banner.
Emails we send
We send transactional emails only: your payment confirmation, your tracking number, and replies to your questions. We do not run a newsletter and we do not add you to a marketing list after a purchase.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as the applicable accounting and tax rules require. Email conversations are kept while they are useful for support and then deleted. If you ask us to erase your data sooner, we remove everything that we are not legally required to retain.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to send you a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct something that is wrong, or to delete your details. Write to [email protected] from the address you used to order and we reply within 24 hours. We never charge for these requests and we never ask you to justify them.
If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion, and we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law. If you order from a country in the European Economic Area or from the United Kingdom, you also have the right to object to a processing operation, to restrict it, and to receive your data in a portable format. The same email address handles all of these requests.
Children
Our products are made for children's bikes, but the store is intended for adult buyers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and payment pages are handled by Stripe. Access to order details is limited to the people who need it to fulfill and support your order. No system is perfect, so if an incident ever affects your data we will tell you what happened and what we did about it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we update this page and the date at the top of it. The version published on the day you order is the one that applies to your purchase.
Contact
Write to [email protected] and we reply within 24 hours. You can also read our terms of service, our shipping policy, our returns and refunds policy, or reach us through the contact page.
